We are seldom given opportunities, in our day-to-day lives, to reflect upon what motivates us, what we are passionate about or what we find meaningful. Students, particularly, are in a critical position of choosing their future careers. We wish to help people discover their core values, an inner compass, for more authentic and conscious decision-making.Our Story
What We Do
World Values Initiative spans several cities and together we reach over 1500 people a year with a variety of different events and activities. These span from large-scale full-day events and workshop-series to smaller one-time workshops smaller groups, primarily for university students but, more recently, also for business professionals.Activities
What We Are
WVI is run by students, without profit but full of purpose. Our aim is helping people develop through experience-based methodologies and dialog. We work in a non-judging, interactive, story-telling based way, rooted in scientific research, In the centre of everything that we do lies the question “Why do I do what I do?”.How We Work
Passion. We want to help more people find and live their passions in their own lives. Our teams have a heterogenous mix of passions. Regardless of the varying flavours and facets of our passions, what unites us is the idea that we all need more of it our lives.
Real. We work to be more of our real selves and encourage others to do the same. We emphasise a science-based approach to self-leadership, finding effective and proven ways to lead ourselves and each other towards more fulfilling and authentic lives.
